TICKETS ON SALE FROM SEPTEMBER 11

- Online at www.palacecinemas.com.au (go to the Session Times page, select film by title or date, then click on session time to purchase) Internet Transactions incur a Credit Card Fee of $1.00 per Ticket.
*Telephone bookings by Credit Card only. Credit Card is debited at time of booking and must be produced when collecting tickets. The cinema box office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express. Credit card transactions will incur a fee of 50 cents per ticket capped at $1.50.
All sessions are reserved seating. Buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
There are no refunds, Transfers or Exchanges on Film Festival Tickets.

*Eligible Concessions: Palace Movie Club members, Full-time students (photo ID required), Senior Citizens, Health Care Card Holders, Pensioner. One discount per card per session will apply.

MULTIPLE FILM PASSES
(Excluding opening night, mid festival event and closing night event)
5 film pass full - $67.50
5 film pass concession - $62.50
Multi-film passes are for separate, pre-selected sessions for one person. All films must be chosen in advance to different films and at the time of multi pass purchase. Multi-film passes are only available at the box offices and cannot be booked over the phone.

SCHOOL/GROUP BOOKINGS
Groups of 20 people or more - $12 per ticket
School groups of 20 students or more - $11 per ticket (1 teacher FREE for every 10 students)

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
- All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, unless specified. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.
- Box offices open daily from 12pm until 8.30pm unless noted otherwise. Cinema box offices can only sell tickets for their respective venues.
- Cinema box offices accept all major credit cards
(ex Paradiso/Luna on SX - no cards, and Hobart - no AMEX or Diners)
- Festival tickets , once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
- Patrons are encouraged to collect booked tickets 30 minutes prior to the session to avoid queues.
- Palace Cinema passes and other complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for festival screenings.
- Dates, times and programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice.
- All non-English language films have English subtitles.
- Allocated seating in Melbourne and Brisbane. Seating is unreserved in all other cities.
- All ticket prices are GST inclusive.
